NUUANU

Day 1	HONOLULU (OAHU)
Arrive in Honolulu and proceed to your hotel. The day is fee to enjoy. Whether it's relaxing on the beach or checking out Waikiki, there's plenty to enjoy in the city.

Day 2

HONOLULU (OAHU) – HANAUMA BAY – MAKAPUU LOOKOUT – NUUANU – HONOLULU (OAHU)

This is a day of adventure and beauty. Start off by heading off to Hanauma Bay (closed on Tuesdays), one of Hawaii’s most spectacular natural resources. After seeing the underwater beauty that Hanauma Bay has to offer, then continue to the magnificent beauty of Makapuu Lookout. For a more stunning views of this beauty take the stroll up the mountain to the lighthouse and landing with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and whales (seasonal). From here head over to the Nuuanu Lookout to see a great view of Oahu’s windward side of the island

Day 3	HONOLULU (OAHU) –KAILUA-KONA (HAWAII)
Today is a day at leisure. You will fly from Honolulu International Airport to Keahole Airport (Kona, Hawaii). Spend your evening watching the magnificent Manta Ray swimming in the Ocean.

Day 4

KAILUA-KONA (HAWAII) – VOLCANO ADVENTURE – HILO (HAWAII) (125 miles)

Today you will get to visit an active volcano so suggest you start the day early. You will be heading south on Highway 11. This will take you to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. Take a few hours to tour around the rim of the crater, visit the Jagger Museum, and try to squeeze in time for the Thurston Lava Tube. Please remember to bring along with you sunscreen, water, sneakers, and flashlight is suggested. There are many hiking trails to adventure through, a winery to buy some unique gifts, or take a drive down chain of Crater Road towards the ocean to see if you can catch a glimse of lava flowing. On your way to Hilo drive to Kalapana and see first hand the destruction that Lava has done to ancient towns of Hawaii. In the evening, if you wish, suggest going to Kalapana to possibly get a chance to see the red of the lava flowing into the Pacific Ocean.

Day 5

HILO (HAWAII) – KAILUA-KONA (HAWAII)

Hilo is a town full of botanical gardens, waterfalls, and more natural beauties. Today spend some time seeing this beauty that Hilo offers before heading the North East way back to Kona. You will go through many small towns before getting to Waimea Valley. Here you will see the waterfall used in many movies like Waterworld, Jurassic Park, Lost, etc. After passing Waimea Valley Park you will drive through Kamuela, home to Parker Ranch. On the drive down from Kamuela you will see a beautiful sunset over the Pacific Ocean.

Day 6	KAILUA-KONA (HAWAII)
Today is a day of relaxation. Relax by the beautiful pool or spend the day on the golf course.

Day 7	KAILUA-KONA (HAWAII) – MAKENA (MAUI)
Today you will fly from Keahole Airport (Kona, Hawaii) to Kahului Airport (Maui). Upon arrival at the hotel, get settled and take a leisurely stroll on the beach and enjoy the view of the atoll Molokini.

Day 8

MAKENA (MAUI) – HALEAKALA – IAO VALLEY – MAKENA (MAUI)

This morning will be another early morning. Today you will head out to Haleakala Crater (House of the Rising Sun). Here you will find the only place in the world that the plant Silver Sword grows. Before you leave beautiful Up Country Maui be sure to stop by the lavender farm. Then you will head over to Iao Valley Park. There are many trails for you to venture through. Make sure to bring your sneakers.

Day 9	MAKENA (MAUI)
Today is your last day of this tour. Take the time to relax by the pool or the beach. Departure is from Maui
