WAILUA RIVER

Day 1	HONOLULU
Arrive in Honolulu and proceed to your hotel. The day is fee to enjoy. Whether it's relaxing on the beach or checking out Waikiki, there's plenty to enjoy in the city.

Day 2

HONOLULU – HANAUMA BAY – MAKAPUU LOOKOUT – NUUANU LOOKOUT

This is a day of adventure and beauty. Start off by heading off to Hanauma Bay (closed on Tuesdays), one of Hawaii’s most spectacular natural resources. After seeing the underwater beauty that Hanauma Bay has to offer, then continue to the magnificent beauty of Makapuu Lookout. For a more stunning views of this beauty take the stroll up the mountain to the lighthouse and landing with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and whales (seasonal). From here head over to the Nuuanu Lookout to see a great view of Oahu’s windward side of the island

Day 3

HONOLULU – PEARL HARBOR – NORTH SHORE

Start today with History. Learn about World War II from start to finish; on this tour of USS Arizona Memorial which is a monument built over one of the ships that sank during the attack on Pearl Harbor and the USS Missouri, where the signing of the Formal Instrument of Surrender to end World War II. Then we head over to the Famous North Shore of Hawaii, where most major surf contests are held during the Winter months where waves are known to reach incredible heights of 40 feet.

Day 4	HONOLULU - LIHUE (KAUAI)
Today is a day at leisure. You will fly from Honolulu International Airport to Lihue Airport. Spend your first day on Kauai taking in the peaceful surroundings that this island offers.

Day 5	WAIMEA CANYON – WAILUA RIVER
This morning take advantage the opportunity to see the Waiea Canyon named the Grand Canyon of the Pacific. From here take a beautiful boat ride down the Wailua River to the Fern Grotto used in movies like “Blue Hawaii”.

Day 6	LIHUE (KAUAI)
Today is a day of relaxing by the pool or on the beach.

Day 7	LIHUE (KAUAI) – KAILUA-KONA (HAWAII)
Today you will fly from Lihue Airport to Keahole Airport (Kona, Hawaii). Spend your first day taking a stroll along Alii Drive.

Day 8

VOLCANO ADVENTURE (198 miles roundtrip)

Today you will get to visit an active volcano so suggest you start the day early. You will be heading south on Highway 11. This will take you to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. Take a few hours to tour around the rim of the crater, visit the Jagger Museum, and try to squeeze in time for the Thurston Lava Tube. Please remember to bring along with you sunscreen, water, sneakers, and flashlight is suggested. There are many hiking trails to adventure through, a winery to buy some unique gifts, or take a drive down chain of Crater Road towards the ocean to see if you can catch a glimse of lava flowing. Ensure to head back before dark as the roads are windy and there are no streetlights.

Day 9	KAILUA-KONA (HAWAII)
Today is a day of leisure.

Day 10	KAILUA-KONA (HAWAII) – KAANAPALI (MAUI)
Today you will fly from Keahole Airport (Kona, Hawaii) to Kahului Airport (Maui). After landing in Maui, on your way to the hotel, look out of the Playful Humpback Whales (seasonal Dec-Apr). Upon arrival at the hotel, get settled and take a leisurely stroll on the beautiful Kaanapali Beach and enjoy the views of the Island of Molokai and Lanai.

Day 11

HALEAKALA – IAO VALLEY

This morning will be another early morning. Today you will head out to Haleakala Crater (House of the Rising Sun). Here you will find the only place in the world that the plant Silver Sword grows. Before you leave beautiful Up Country Maui be sure to stop by the lavender farm. Then you will head over to Iao Valley Park. There are many trails for you to venture through. Make sure to bring your sneakers.

Day 12	KAANAPALI BEACH
Today is your day to relax on the beautiful Kaanapali Beach. This evening take a drive to Lahaina. Here you can walk down Front Street and see the remnants of the Whaling Town that Lahaina was famous for.

Day 13	KAANAPALI BEACH
Today is another day to relax at the beach. Whatelse if anything is Hawaii known for!
